Application for exhibit space indicates the applicant’s willingness to comply with all accompanying exhibit terms, conditions, and general regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the exposition, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This application will become a contract when countersigned by the ASTA Director, Meetings and Services, Jennifer Lord.

Discounts of US$100 per booth are granted for reservations of 4 booths or more: - 4 booths, take off US$400.00 - 5 booths, take off US $500.00, etc. This discount is offered by ASTA in an effort to help offset labor costs related to bringing in large equipment.
