Staying in touch with your office has never been easier at the
CSS conference since the advent of wireless Internet access throughout
the Seed Expo exhibit hall and, new this year, a variety of Cyber
Cafe stations throughout the hall to ensure lots of convenient access
to the Internet whenever you need it.
Even though most suites at the Hyatt are already sold out, you
can still reserve a meeting room for your last-minute private meeting
by using ASTA's new Expo Meeting Suites inside the exhibit hall.
Adjacent to all the conference refreshments, these meeting suites
will be constructed at the back of the exhibit hall floor at a significant
savings from the cost of a suite in the hotel. Near these suites
will be meeting points "A," "B," or "C" in case you haven't met
your client before. We're here to make it easy for you get your
business done! Contact Jason Laney at the ASTA office to inquire
about reserving a meeting suite for your company's use. These suites
will be available for the duration of the Seed Expo hours on Wednesday
and Thursday, December 6 and 7.
The Silent Auction makes a triumphant return this year after
a very popular debut at last year's convention. Visit the Seed Expo
hall or complete our online
form to place your bids!
