Help us welcome the ASTA crowd to beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona by providing sponsorship for a very special welcome evening! On air-conditioned coaches, guests will first visit a nearby crop field to meet with local agricultural cooperative expert and learn more about the challenges and needs of growers in the Sonoran Desert region. From there, they will visit the unique Queen Creek Olive Mill, where the group will tour the pressing and processing area while growers describe their facility and offer tastings of their delectable olive oils, with time to shop in their irresistible welcome center. Finally, the evening culminates in a visit to the “Superstition Farm,” a dairy farming operation in the foothills of Superstition Mountain, where guests will enjoy a tour and educational presentation in the farm’s fun and air-conditioned barn, a visit from the nutritionist and conservationist supporting the operation, followed by optional hayrides to meet the cows, rescued farm animals, and a sumptuous barbeque feast topped off by the freshest dairy ice cream you’ve ever tasted!
