Member Benefits

In response to a growing need to catalog and accumulate court cases and legal precedents, the ASTA legal counsel, in cooperation with the ad hoc litigation committee, has teamed together to begin a comprehensive file that will serve seed professionals involved in litigation or anticipating legal actions. ASTA members are encouraged to participate in the service and are asked to provide copies of decisions, briefs, or any other documents that might prove helpful to fellow seedsmen.
